- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions and stir in the rice vinegar while warm.
- Combine the imitation crab meat, softened cream cheese, half of the chopped green onions, and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix gently until well combined.
- Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly in a greased baking dish and press down slightly. Layer the crab mixture on top, covering evenly, and sprinkle with chopped nori.
- Drizzle the sushi bake with soy sauce and a generous portion of Sriracha.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before garnishing with remaining green onions.
