Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions and stir in the rice vinegar while warm.
  2. Combine the imitation crab meat, softened cream cheese, half of the chopped green onions, and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix gently until well combined.
  3. Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly in a greased baking dish and press down slightly. Layer the crab mixture on top, covering evenly, and sprinkle with chopped nori.
  4. Drizzle the sushi bake with soy sauce and a generous portion of Sriracha.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before garnishing with remaining green onions.
