Base Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 1 package marshmallows 10 oz or about 40 regular marshmallows
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly add the crispy rice cereal, stirring until well coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish using a spatula or your hands.
  5. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
