- In a large bowl, whisk together pistachio pudding mix, flour, sugar, and baking powder until evenly combined.
- Stir in eggs, vegetable oil, and milk into the dry mixture until well blended.
- Gently fold in chopped pistachios.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Once cooled completely, slice into squares and enjoy!
