Ingredients
  

Cheese
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
Vegetables
  • 4 oz pimentos drained and chopped
Seasonings
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Method
 

Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese.
  2. Add the chopped pimentos, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Using an electric mixer or a spoon, mix until well combined and creamy.
Serving
  1. Transfer the pimento cheese to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
