Pickling Solution

  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon salt kosher or sea salt preferred
Radishes
  • 1 bunch radishes sliced thinly

Method
 

Prepare the Pickling Solution
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the water, white vinegar, sugar, and salt until the sugar and salt are fully dissolved.
Pickle the Radishes
  1. Place the sliced radishes in a clean jar. Pour the pickling solution over the radishes, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  2. Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. For best results, let them pickle for 24 hours.
