Ingredients
  

Carrots
  • 1 pound carrots peeled and cut into sticks
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrots, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
Roasting
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the carrots in a single layer.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  3. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
