Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the top. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Bake the Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the marinated salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
Serve
- Remove from the oven, garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill, and serve immediately.
