Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 1 lemon lemon slices for serving
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the top. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the marinated salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill, and serve immediately.

Notes
