Prepare the Beef
- In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and erythritol. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cook the Broccoli
- In a wok, heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Remove from the wok and set aside.
Cook the Beef
- In the same wok, add the remaining tablespoon of avocado oil. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Combine and Serve
- Return the broccoli to the wok, toss to combine with the beef, and heat through for another 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
