Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

  3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for a few minutes.

  6. Slice the rested chicken and return it to the skillet with the caramelized pineapple, mixing everything together gently.
