Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
Meats and Cheeses
  • 4 oz salami sliced
  • 4 oz ham sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese sliced
Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Add the sliced salami, ham, and provolone cheese to the bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
