Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
Meats and Cheeses
  • 4 oz salami sliced
  • 4 oz ham sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese sliced
Dressing
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 4 red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Toppings
  • 1 4 pepperoncini sliced
  • 1 4 black olives sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Layer the sliced salami, ham, and provolone cheese on top of the vegetables.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  2. Top with sliced pepperoncini and black olives before serving.
