Assemble the Sandwich
- Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise.
- Layer the salami, capicola, and mortadella evenly on the bottom half of each roll.
- Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the meats.

- Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll and press down gently.
