  • 1 medium Cucumber Cool addition, peel if desired.
  • 1/2 medium Red Onion Soak in water for milder flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives Pitted for easy eating.
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumble generously.
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing Store-bought or homemade.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all your veggies thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Slice the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Dice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber into small cubes.
  4. Finely chop half a red onion and add it to the mix.
  5. Toss in Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Drizzle Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently.
