- In a large bowl, combine warm water with the active dry yeast and let it sit for about 5 minutes, until it becomes foamy.
- Gradually stir in the all-purpose flour, salt, chopped rosemary, and roasted garlic until a shaggy dough forms.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and allow the dough to rise at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Lightly flour your countertop and gently scrape the dough onto it. Shape the dough into a ball.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) with your Dutch oven inside.
- Transfer the shaped dough into the hot Dutch oven, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
