- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat dry the salmon fillets using paper towels. Season them generously with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and simmer for about 3 minutes until it slightly thickens.
- Add the fresh spinach and grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce. Mix well until the cheese melts and the spinach wilts.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets in a baking dish. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over them and bake for 15-20 minutes.
