Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat dry the salmon fillets using paper towels. Season them generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and simmer for about 3 minutes until it slightly thickens.
  5. Add the fresh spinach and grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce. Mix well until the cheese melts and the spinach wilts.
  6. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in a baking dish. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over them and bake for 15-20 minutes.
