- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Stir in the dry ingredients gradually until just combined, then fold in white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown; allow to cool on wire racks.
