Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix package.
- Mix together the brownie mix, melted butter, and egg in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the brownie mixture into mini cupcake liners in a muffin tin, filling halfway.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg in another bowl until smooth.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer, filling each muffin tin just about to the top.
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until set with slightly jiggly centers.
- Cool the mini cheesecakes in the muffin tin, then refrigerate to chill.
- Drizzle with chocolate ganache just before serving.
