Ingredients
  

Cookie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Decorations
  • 1 cup red sprinkles
  • 1 cup blue sprinkles
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Add Decorations and Bake
  1. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  2. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  3. Sprinkle red and blue sprinkles on top of each cookie dough ball.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  5. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
