- In a slow cooker, combine the frozen corn, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.

- Once cooked, stir again and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve warm, topped with additional cheddar cheese if desired.
