Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 1 cup fresh crab meat preferably lump crab meat
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup mixed greens for serving
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, diced celery, red bell pepper, and cucumber.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently fold until well combined.
  4. Serve the crab salad over a bed of mixed greens.
