Ingredients
  

Chicken Salad
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved Can substitute with apples.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper To taste.
Sandwich Assembly
  • 4 pieces croissants Freshly baked or store-bought.
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce For added crunch.

Method
 

Prepare Chicken Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced celery, halved grapes, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Assemble Sandwich
  1. Slice the croissants in half horizontally. Place a leaf of romaine lettuce on the bottom half of each croissant.
  2. Spoon a generous amount of chicken salad onto the lettuce, then top with the other half of the croissant.
