Prepare the Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
Add the Topping
- In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs with melted butter and half of the shredded cheese.
- Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the chicken mixture in the casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
