Ingredients
  

Chicken and Vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables Carrots, peas, and corn work well.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can.
  • 1 cup sour cream For creaminess.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
Topping
  • 1 cup bread crumbs Panko bread crumbs for extra crunch.
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella.

Method
 

Prepare the Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
Add the Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs with melted butter and half of the shredded cheese.
  2. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the chicken mixture in the casserole dish.
  3. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
