Ingredients
  

Shake Base
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 cup milk whole or milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Irish cream liqueur such as Baileys
  • 1 drop green food coloring optional, for color
Garnish
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint for garnish
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Shake
  1. In a blender, combine the softened vanilla ice cream, milk, mint extract, Irish cream liqueur, and green food coloring. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the mint extract if needed.
Serve
  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the serving glasses.
  2. Pour the blended shake into the prepared glasses.
  3. Top each shake with a generous amount of whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, omit the Irish cream liqueur and replace it with additional milk or a non-alcoholic Irish cream alternative.
