Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries washed and drained

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Dish
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
Combine Wet Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the buttermilk and melted butter together until combined.
Combine Mixtures
  1. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Bake the Biscuits
  1. Pour the biscuit batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, ideally with a drizzle of honey or additional butter.
