  • Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté fresh spinach in olive oil until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half the parmesan until smooth.
  4. Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish. Layer with noodles, half the cheese mixture, and half the spinach. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining marinara topped with mozzarella.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
