Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onions and minced garlic until translucent.
- Slice the Italian sausages into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet, cooking until golden brown (about 8-10 minutes).
- Stir in canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, and any additional spices. Let simmer on low for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain well.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the sausage-tomato mixture, ensuring noodles are well-coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
