Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast sweet potatoes on a baking sheet for about 25 minutes until tender.

- In a large bowl, mash roasted sweet potatoes and black beans together. Mix in sautéed onions, breadcrumbs, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
