Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- For the streusel topping, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts (if using), and melted butter until crumbly.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan; sprinkle with half of the streusel topping. Repeat layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
