Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in mint extract and optional green food coloring. Gently fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust, smoothing it out. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
