  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 12 round dumpling wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing crumbled tofu, carrots, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about one tablespoon of the filling into the center. Wet the edges with water and fold over to seal tightly.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Arrange dumplings in a single layer and fry until golden brown on the bottom.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water to the pan and cover immediately. Steam for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
