Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to 1/2 inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Take one chicken breast and place one tablespoon of the butter mixture in the center. Fold over the sides and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Coat each stuffed breast in flour, then dip in beaten egg followed by breadcrumbs.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
