- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined. Form into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sear meatballs until browned on all sides. Remove from pot.
- Sauté onion until translucent; then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth, scraping up any bits from the pot.
- Return meatballs to the pot and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Stir in heavy cream before serving.
