  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 fresh pineapple, diced
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or bowl and pour half the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
