Instructions
- 1. Chop the sausage and vegetables: slice the sausage and dice the bell peppers.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and brown the sausage for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add diced onion and bell peppers; sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 4. Stir in minced garlic and Cajun seasoning; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
