Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Ranch seasoning mix
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Green onions
  • Bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
  2. Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. While baking, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until no longer pink.
