- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté chopped onions in a skillet over medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes), then add minced garlic for another minute.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet or place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
