Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté chopped onions in a skillet over medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes), then add minced garlic for another minute.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet or place it in a greased loaf pan.
  5. Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
