- 3–4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1.5 cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Fresh Basil
- 8 oz Pasta (Fusilli or Penne)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken and mincing the garlic.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken pieces and cook until golden brown.
- When the chicken is nearly done, add minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes. Sauté until fragrant and tomatoes soften.
- Meanwhile, boil salted water in a separate pot and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain pasta (reserve some water) and combine it with the chicken and tomato mixture. Stir in torn basil leaves.
- Serve hot topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
