  • 1.5 cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil
  • 8 oz Pasta (Fusilli or Penne)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken pieces and cook until golden brown.
  3. When the chicken is nearly done, add minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes. Sauté until fragrant and tomatoes soften.
