Instructions

  1. Wash the lemons and ginger root under cool water. Cut the lemons in half.
  2. Peel the ginger using a spoon and slice it into thin rounds.
  3. Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Once boiling, add the sliced ginger and lemon halves. Let steep for about 10 minutes.
