Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it browns for about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Mix in garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine Bisquick mix with milk until smooth.
- Pour the beef mixture into a greased baking dish. Spoon biscuit batter evenly over the top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
